We integrate high-quality supplements and functional lab testing into many of our services, but they’re also available independently through curated access points.

  • Professional-Grade Supplements:
    Our online supplement dispensary is open to both active clients and the general public. We offer a curated collection of professional-grade products, with guidance available through our services for those who want more personalized recommendations.

  • Functional Lab Testing:
    Stool testing, hormone panels, adrenal assessments, and other functional labs are used when appropriate to help identify hidden imbalances and guide more precise protocols. These are most often used as part of our 1:1 services and select programs, but we’re happy to discuss options with prospective clients if lab testing is a key interest.

  • Support Tools:
    In addition to nutrition strategies and supplements, our clients may receive targeted resources like symptom tracking templates, food/movement/rest frameworks, and other tools to help them implement and sustain their plan more effectively.
