ABOUT OUR PRACTICE

We’re Dedicated to Discovering What’s Right for Your Body.

our history

Translating to “health life”, Santé Vie is more than just a name; it's a dedicated commitment to your well-being.

Santé Vie is the realization of a vision that began with my own health journey. I dealt with persistent, frustrating symptoms — things like chronic sinus issues, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, and weight challenges — all of which were considered common and treated like no big deal. I was offered medications, told to keep doing what I was doing, and reassured that everything was “fine,” even when it clearly wasn’t. By my early twenties, I was already burnt out from trying to get answers that never came.

Out of sheer persistence, I found my way to holistic nutrition and natural health — and it changed everything. I finally began to understand how the body works as a whole, how symptoms are connected, and how powerful nutrition can be when it’s used strategically. That shift not only changed my health, it reshaped the entire direction of my life. What started as personal became professional — and over time, a calling to help others find the clarity and support I didn’t have.

After years in private practice, I knew I was meant to build something bigger — something that could reach more people, offer more depth, and make a greater impact. That’s how Santé Vie came to life. The name means “health life,” and that’s exactly what we’re building: a place where people can finally understand their health, find the right support, and move forward with strength and direction.

We’re now a growing team, and the vision continues to expand: more practitioners, more group and self-guided programs, more resources and education, and hopefully one day will include a full wellness space, retreats, and more. But no matter how the growth takes shape,, the heart of the work stays the same — advocating for people, helping them feel seen and supported, and offering real, practical solutions that actually make a difference.

WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE

We’re a grounded, clinical voice in a space that’s often noisy and confusing.

Most of our clients have been dismissed, misdiagnosed, or told everything looks “fine”—but they know something isn’t right. We don’t offer surface-level advice or trendy quick fixes. We get to the root of what’s actually contributing to their symptoms and guide them through practical, strategic steps that make a real difference.

We use functional testing when appropriate, provide personalized protocols, and support the body’s ability to rebalance using nutrition and lifestyle. We’ve lived through our own health challenges and we apply these same strategies in our lives every day. That experience shapes not just how we practice, but how we connect with the people we serve.

Ultimately, we’re not just here for a one-time fix—we want to be trusted partners for the long haul. Whether it’s helping with chronic issues, providing recommendations for their family, or even advising on how to talk with their doctors, we want our clients to know they have an expert in their corner who truly has their back.

  • In the functional/natural healthspace, especially among nutritionists and health coaches, most practitioners work independently. We’ve intentionally built a collaborative model where our team of practitioners works together, shares insight, and provides support across clients. That means when someone works with us, they don’t just get one person’s brain — they get collective experience, layered insight, and shared expertise.

  • We live modern, practical lives — and we help our clients do the same. One key thing I believe and share with my clients is that “perfect is only as good as it is achievable”, and we’re committed to guiding people in their real lives. Our work is highly adaptable and designed to meet people where they are and moving at a pace that’s right for them.

  • Whether someone’s deep in a protocol or just circling back for a check-in, we aim to be a long-term partner in their health. Clients aren’t just part of a program — they’re part of a community. And that sense of connection and ongoing support is core to everything we do.

  • We care about helping people truly understand, not just follow a plan.. And even as we dig deep into science and strategy, we never lose sight of the pleasure and joy that should come with eating well, living well, and feeling good.

     FAQs

  • With my 1:1 clients, I get to spend the time diving into details of your health and life that aren’t often covered in short visits and one-size-fits-all programs. My approach is unique in the way that I look at the big picture in an effort to understand what’s at the root, then working from there to address your health in a way that is sustainable and practical in your life.

  • If the word “holistic” has you envisioning practices that seem a little far-fetched and woo-woo, let me put your mind at ease! “Holistic” simply means “whole”, and holistic nutrition is the practice of approaching your health as a whole and fully-integrated system rather than merely a sum of various parts.

Holistic nutrition is a highly-scientific, clinical, and evidence-based philosophy that looks the complex interconnection of all systems in your physical body, your biochemical individuality, your emotional, mental, and spiritual states, and various lifestyle and environmental factors. It utilizes nutrition as a primary tool in your health recovery process, and it works in cooperation and conjunction with other modalities and health practices.

  • I strive to make my clients feel comfortable and confident with their recommendations and protocols. As with anything, there is often a learning curve and adjustment period, but I work with you to make that feel manageable in the midst of your life.

Typically, I do not agree with extreme diets and many of the all-or-nothing recommendations that have become overwhelmingly popular in the online health world. Instead, I aim to get the most positive impact on your health with the least amount of change to your life.

  • Hopefully no, but depending on the foods you love and what is going on with your health, it is a possibility. However, don’t let that scare you!

Many of my clients have put off working with me because of a fear of losing foods they love to eat. If you do need to temporarily or permanently stop eating certain foods, we’ll work to help you find safe and healthy alternatives and substitutions.

In the end, most people who have to give up foods find they don’t miss them nearly as much as they expected to and they feel so much better that it’s worth it. My hope is that you discover so many new foods and recipes that you not only don’t miss the food, you actually love your new food even more.
